I am a certified STOTT Pilates Mat Instructor, also currently pursuing my Doctor of Physical Therapy at Duke University. Much of my athletic experience was gained in collegiate Track & Field at Seattle Pacific University, though I have trained and competed in just about every sport. With my BS in Applied Human Biology, my competitive athletic experience, and my STOTT Pilates certification, I have gained an awareness of the human body that allows me to instruct high level exercises, as well as refine and isolate particular muscles for rehab purposes. I can work at the level of each client, and provide modifications in group settings which promote safe execution of each exercise.
In my free time I take advantage each drop of sunshine whether it is through hiking, running, soccer, volleyball, or just exploring the city. I thoroughly enjoy healthy cooking, and of course consuming with friends and family.
