A thousand thanks!

By Jenny Lawler

Starting my own business was pretty scary, but it's something I've wanted for a long time. Having the encouragement and help from my friends and family made a world of difference. I'm very thankful for that, but my clients are the ones who really do the most. I couldn't do what I love without them. Starting with a personal trainer is hard thing to do, so I want to thank everyone who I've trained or will train for putting their faith in me. Without you I would still be at a job I didn't love 1000%.

Jenny Lawler

Out of high school my interest in the exercise field quickly grew when I took up running for weight loss. At the time I was an EMT and enrolled in Nursing School. Being completely enthralled with exercise physiology I changed my major to exercise science. I received my personal trainer license and have been working to grow my business since. Growing up I was never the athletic type, I rather stay in and watch TV than play outside. My interest of the exercise science quickly grew into a passion when I realized what pushing yourself does. Not only does it make you look and feel great, it shows that you're a stronger person than you ever thought you were. I've come a long way and I love to prove to my clients they can also. Currently I train my clients either in home, in a nearby gym or nearby park. One-on-One training, Small groups (1-3), or Bootcamps. No membership or equipment required, just dedication! SPRING OUTDOORS BOOTCAMPS ARE HERE! STARTING 4/19/2013 IN THE SOUTH SHORE AREA EMAIL ME TO SIGN UP FOR A FREE 2 WEEK TRIAL!
