2013 The year of YOU!

By JILL MOORE

THE YEAR OF ME!  Health, Energy, Impact, Love, Focus, Fitness, Renewal, Listen, Acceptance, Strength, Friendship, Security, Voyage, Journey, Family, Nature and all of you!

It’s that time of year where we reflect on the past 12 months and look forward to a fresh start.  Resolve to put yourself first. In 2013, take some time to focus on yourself. This may sound like a no-brainer, but it may actually be the hardest resolution for some. After all, with busy work schedules, kids, and family, who has “me” time anymore? But this year, make it a point to take a few extra minutes each day to care for yourself━whether it’s getting more sleep, drinking more water, or simply just relaxing. Not only will you feel better, but the benefits will show in every ways too. Besides, more sleep? Who can say no to that?

Losing weight and exercising more make it on the top 10 resolutions list every year for many people, but let’s make 2013 the year for taking care of YOU! Make it the year of YOU!  Cheers to a new year and a new YOU!  To your health, Jill

JILL MOORE

MOVE MORE, EAT BETTER...This is the goal I live by daily. Some days are better than others but that is the goal. Disease related to obesity runs in my family. I know first hand how important it is to watch your diet, exercise, and live a healthier lifestyle. Being active has always been a part of my life. From childhood sports including softball, gymnastics, swimming, and the lost sport of playing outside I was on the constant move. Swimming and soccer carried me through college. In 1978 I began a career as a wildland firefighter. I trained very hard to build and maintain high levels of fitness focusing on muscular strength, endurance, and cardio. It was at this time I discovered my passion for health and fitness. I am still employed in the field of Fire and Aviation Management. This allows me the honor of teaching health, wellness, and fitness to firefighter apprentices. I have been instructing and coaching for over 25 years. I hold current accredited certifications in group exercise instruction and personal training. My goal is to provide you with the tools to be a healthier you. What do you want to accomplish and how can I help you? Take a look at my website. Set realistic goals. An example is I will work out 3 times this week. COME TO MY CLASSES!!!
