2 cups of cubed, seedless watermelon
1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries ( no added sugar )
1 diced peach
1/2 cup soy or almond milk ( I use vanilla but plain is ok too )
Blend till smooth and enjoy. Makes 4 servings.

4 oz of sugar-free lemonade of choice

Smoothies can be good for you but remember that they do have calories.
