I always love Saturday's workout! It's a great day to get some physical activity without worrying about workday stress, make up for a missed weekday workout, or push yourself a little more before a well deserved rest day on Sunday.
Today, I did a simple yet extremely effective, challenging workout - 5 sets each of Power Cleans, Pullover & Presses, and good ol' in your face Push-Ups, plus some abdominal & core work.
