Julie Betts-Albert

I am passionate getting the details of how to be healthy out there. In my training and coaching I start slow with good form, consistency and build intensity, time and frequency until mastery. I specialize in injury prevention and strength building. Coaching Confidence is important as it creates personal value and accountability. I use multiple strategies in the client's pursuit of their goals. While I have the information they need, it is always the clients workout with my expert direction that leads to goal attainment. I am a strong supporter and promoter of youth athletics at all levels to include recovering from their activities as to allow lifelong athletism. Get them fit keep them injury-free. I work with a large population of clients it seems I gravitate towards the client who are non-athletic, but active. I choose to Be Fully Present in client training and fitness strategies!
