Back To Basics
This Class is great for clients new to core sport or those who would like to get back to the fundamentals. Participants will execute proper squat, lunge, pushup, core and basic pilates mat exercises. This class uses a variety of different functional equipment and your own body weight. There is special attention to form and mechanics of exercise and moves slightly slower than the circuit or bootcamp classes. Even though this is a more beginner class anyone can be challenged by executing the proper technique.
Prerequisite Notes: This is a great class if you have been away from body weight exercise or are new to the concept. The class will guide you through the mechanics of using your own body weight properly in addition to introducing you to the functional training equipment.
TRX Group Class
This 1 hour class utilizes the TRX Suspension Trainer. We will guide you through a whole body workout guaranteed to challenge you in ways you never knew were possible. The TRX system works your strength, balance, flexibility, and your heart rate will be up! This is a challenging class that will help those that are new to TRX. *Check out the "video" section for a preview of some of the TRX exercises.
Stability Ball Core and Full Body Strength
This full body workout focuses most of its work on Stability ball. Works core strength, flexibility, body weight strengthening and flexibility.
TRX - Timed Intervals
This class utilizes timed intervals for TRX exercises which allows more advanced people to push themselves through more repetitions and beginners to work slower and concentrate on form.
Advanced Complex Training
This class incorporates complex resistance exercises followed by Plyometric work to help develop explosive power. This class should be taken by individuals with a strong foundation in squat, lunge, push/pull up and plank technique. Guaranteed to make you sweat!
This 55 minute class will definitely get your heart rate up will keep your abs and core challenged. A guaranteed full body workout on the stability BOSU ball burns on average from 500-800 calories. Prior experience on the BOSU is strongly recommended. This cardio and core intensive class is limited to 8 people.
Prerequisite Notes: BOSU Ball Experience recommended. If you are unfamiliar with BOSU, try our Back to Basics or Intro to Core Sport classes to get the proper form and mechanics before entering this class or schedule an introductory session for only $35.
