mso-bidi-theme-fonEveryone did a great job at class last night! Both the Marine Corp Daily Seven (boot camp) and the Pilates/yoga blend
provided some pretty challenging moves. ;) But I was glad to see everyone stick with it.Each week I plan to switch up the routines a bit. The info I collected from the questionnaires along with feedback during the classes helped give
me ideas for new exercises/asanas to try next time. We'll work our arms from a slightly different angle at boot camp and incorporate more movements with the hand-held weights. Less up/down, I promise.Quite a few students
mentioned “back pain” as a common condition they faced and/or reason for taking the class. Here’s a link to an article I recently wrote about how yoga
can help with back pain http://www.livestrong.com/article/136103-yoga-reduce-back-pain/.Can't wait for next week!
