NIGHT CUP OF MOTIVATION: We become whatever we are willing commit to. 

Let's do an inventory on our Commitment check list. Let's be willing to re-arrange that list until it fits those things that makes us better. We are a sum total of of commitments. 

ASK: Now, how is that been adding up for us, lately?  Don't quit. Keep going.
