To remain the same or to change.
To change requires courage, the courage to risk failure, the courage to risk difficulties, and the courage to risk sucess.
Change is a process of becoming a new person.
So many people take a New Years oath to lose weight.. or to get fit again... or just to get healthy..
But why wait til New Years? Why wait. Find courage and leap!
Google Luck's Personal Training.
No really did you do it?
Well now you see what I've been up to the last few days, hello social media.
Living in Orange County, San Clemente most importantly I have come to realize its no longer enough to be the big fish in a small pond, out here its an ocean of personal trainers and supposed fitness experts, practically every guy under 20% bodyfat at least claims to be a trainer.
Fitness or Appearing Fit is an obsession.
Getting there healthfully or naturally, seems to be a rarity.
I want to help San Clemente and all of Orange County.
I want to see people turn to farmers market over adkins.
I want to see people run versus lipo.
I want to see women lift weights and tone versus get implants.
I want to see men actually learn a well balance fitness routine outside of repeatedly doing curls.
I want to see people get healthy.
I want to see people not just live longer but happier.
I want you to change your lives Orange County. . .
So I challenge you to:
Go green - walk or bike a day this week instead of paying California gas prices
Celebrate meatless Monday - trust me your body will celebrate
Go raw, go vegan, go organic - or just dont go to McDonalds.. Make some small step in "cleaning up" your diet.
And ask yourself, most importantly....
Isn't there someone out there that you love enough that maybe a lifestyle change versus faking it for looks, is a good idea?
Don't you want to be around for your kids, your grandkids, or maybe just to live a healthier life with less medical issues?
So so so hard.
I love you guys.
What amazing recommendations and references yall have given me for my Cali adventure.
So much has changed in my life this summer....
Huge and some painful changes.
But I loved loved loved my job there.
I loved my clients and the gym members more than I have words to express.
You guys became some of the family I lost.
And you all mean the world to me.
Im so so so thrilled to move to San Clemente...
I am taking you all with me in my heart.
Please stay in touch.
And dont feel shy to ask me questions, for help, motivation...
Or anything else you need for me.
Im only a phone call, text, or facebook message away.
You guys inspired me, changed my life, and helped me fall in love with my career even more than I could have ever imagined.
Love you all!
