It's a bit harsh, but true...for just today make exercising for at least 45 minutes a priority.
Before you even begin your day look ahead at a time you can put aside for yourself to move, get your heart-rate up, burn some calories and just plan old feel better.
Even if it's popping on your sneakers and going for a power walk outdoors, or if the weather's bad (no excuse!) head to an indoor mall, and of course if you can find the time get to a gym or fitness class. Call a friend to go with you. It's a great way to spend time with someone, and no computers/FB/phones/distractions...you can visit while you work out.
