Lindsay earned her Masters in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a concentration in Wellness and Fitness from California University Pennsylvania. She holds a Personal Trainer certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a Group Fitness Instructor certification with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), a Specialist in Speed and Explosion for Sports Competition certification from the National Association of Speed and Explosion (NASE), an M3 Indoor Cycling Instructor certification with Keiser, and a TRX Training certification with TRX.
Lindsay has been teaching Group Fitness classes for over 6 years ranging in formats from cycling, step, muscular endurance and strength training, cardio kickboxing, bootcamp, and TRX. Lindsay’s training philosophy is based on NASM’s postural check-points and corrective exercise practices. She believes in performing fitness assessments and observing movement in order to best rebalance and realign static and dynamic posture as well as to enhance neuromuscular efficiencies in those she trains. She enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness levels who are interested in improving their fitness and balancing their lifestyle with healthy choices. One of her deepest passions is helping people discover their inner strength, which empowers them to achieve goals they never thought possible.
