Hi there! take whatever motivates you (it can be the state of your health, such as the wish to lower that high blood pressure readings, or the hope of not becoming diabetic, or just the pure fact that today it is the day; beautiful, sunny and asking us to go out!) and take a loooong walk! Or, even better, if you live near some nice trails, go hiking! Get yourself one of these door hangers saying: "GONE HIKING", hang it up, and... go!
