Fitness For Life is a unique company that specializes in bringing high quality, reasonably priced, enjoyable health promotional services to the workplace, home & communities that are different from the "health club" atmosphere. We offer many on-site services & programs that help corporations/communities and individuals develop healthy habits for employees & residents. Fitness For Life develops programs to meet the individual needs of each client in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Marianne is a nationally certificated Personal Fitness Trainer and Group Exercise Leader through the American Council On Exercise. She keeps her certification current by attending International Conferences. She updates her knowledge on Group Classes, Personal Training, Nutrition, Stress Management and many other wellness subjects. She is a member of IDEA, an International Organization Of Fitness Professionals. Marianne has been in the fitness industry since 1985 in Cincinnati, Ohio and Pittsburgh, PA. She has taught at many facilities in the city, and was the Fitness Coordinator for the Western Area YMCA, where she presented trainings city wide for YMCA instructors. Marianne became owner of Fitness For Life in 1994 after working for the company for some years. Marianne also shares her professional knowledge with the local Boy Scouts of America as a volunteer Personal Fitness Merit Badge counselor. She is wife, mother of twin boys, Student Ministry Adult Leader and chruch greeter at her church. Marianne assists in changing lives physically with a God honoring values. Marianne is a graduate of Point Park College with a B.A. in Dance. At both Ohio State University and Point Park, she received an extensive background in kinesiology, Injury prevention and choreography. Since Marianne finished her career as a professional dancer, she has committed herself to keeping people physically and mentally healthy and knowledgeable about their wellness options through group fitness programs, personal training, wellness services and lectures.
