No Guilt - only action

By Mary Ann McNutt

The hardest part of having an overweight child is the moment you realize you helped create the problem. Don't beat yourself up - no one wakes up and says "I think I will make my kid overweight today". Make small changes with "babysteps". Try not to make a big deal about a number on the scale. If you start moving everyday and make small changes in your diet - weight will start to come off and self esteem will soar. You have the power to turn it around and head for a healthy new life!

About Me View Profile

Mary Ann McNutt

I am a 40 something Mom who lost 160lbs with my 10 year old daughter. I lost 100lbs and she lost 60lbs. My journey to get fit 4 years ago inspired me to get my personal trainer certifications and help others who are struggling with weight loss. I have a passion to help inspire and motivate my clients to achieve their goals to a fit healthy lifestyle. I am able to relate to my clients - I was once in their shoes. It can be very intimidating to start a fitness plan or go the gym. I will train my clients in their home or office. I also work with children - my now 12 year has maintained her weight for 3 years. I have a common sense, realistic approach to creating a healthy fit lifestyle and having fun at the same time!
