Being healthy is more than just working out and eating right! It's making intentional choices, on a DAILY basis, to do things that are good for you. Physically, you definitely want to exercise, eat healthy and wholesome foods, drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep. But, remember, you are more than just a body - you are also spirit, which includes your intellect, your emotions, your very soul! So be intentional about taking good care of these, too. Pray, read, foster healthy relationships, smile, be thankful, help others.
And yes, SEEK GOD! Your spiritual condition is the most important part about your existence. If you neglect it, you run the risk of making everything else you do utterly pointless. You could spend 24-7 doing anything and everything to be physically healthy & fit, but if your soul is empty and your spiritual condition is impoverished, then all the work you do is for naught. God is the creator of your body and soul, and He desires to have a relationship with you. Seek Him & He will make Himself known to you. What you will find is that He is good and perfect and loves you JUST the way He created you.
