The single most important attribute to a client reaching their fitness goals. Larry Bird would shoot 100 three pointers before every game. It wasn't coincidence that he was a 3 x NBA All-Star and 3 x 3 point shoot out champion.

Matt Woodard

I am a trainer in the Seattle Metro area. Previously I worked for the largest privately owned gym in the world, where I was responsible for the development of the Personal Training team for three years. Before that I was in the United States Marine Corps although explosives have nothing to do with fitness training my role in my platoon was to help increase the level of fitness for my fellow Marines. My accomplishments have come through the same philosophy I hold for my clients "Hard work and tenacity will deliver desired results".
