I just completed 13 months of 5/3/1 training and have increased my basic lifts by about 50lbs each (deadlifting 435 lbs, squating 300 lbs, benching 255lbs and overhead press of 175 lbs).
- you're never to old to get strong
- strength training is key to a healthy life
- as you build physical strength, you're also building intestinal fortitude
- the only thing stopping you from improving is not starting and staying with it
I've completed planning my new 13 month 5/3/1 for 2014 plan and have already started.......goal: stronger than 2013 with a focus on grace!
