We are living in a Results driven society.
Everyone wants microwavable results.Quick.Fast.In a hurry.The problem is these results that they seek require long term effort.They are so wrapped up in purchasing the next new thing and forget to use basic fundamentals laws of health and wellness. They will trade sleep for an energy drink. They will trade a decent meal for an appetite suppressant.This is a crude wakeup call.You cant live like this forever!
My rule is to never buy something that can't be used long term.My body is built to be fully functional.I incorporate movements that allow my body to bend and stretch.I prefer more of a guilt free life.If I have a day that I crave something,I will go ahead and satisfy that craving and move on.This is a hard step for most people.If they eat a peice of cake they will automatically assume well...I guess there is Monday.They will then sabotage hard work and look for the next gimmick to hold them over.Stop waiting on Monday and a quick fix to solve your problem.
Everyday the FDA is issuing recalls.We really don't have the luxury to play with our health.The time is now.That weightloss in a bottle is not going to do it.If you want to increase your health and wellness you cant do it from the couch talking about the Weight Watchers commercial.You can talk about it but it's more beneficial to join it.There are some awesome programs that are setup for your success but if you keep taking the easy way out,you are eventually going to hit rock bottom.There are things that can help you along the way but nothing is more important than nutrition and daily exercise.Start with the basics.You can do this.One day a a time.One step at a time.
