Do you ever have the feeling that you are waiting for something to happen? 

This question led me to think about a proverb sent to me by Elisha Goldstein http://elishagoldstein.com/

"All the flowers of all the tomorrows are in the seeds of today"

 

Here are three things you can do Today that will start you on the path to well-being.

Go for a walk: walk alone, walk with a loved one, walk with your dog... Just go a for walk

Meditate for 5, 10 minutes: Check these free meditations podcasts through the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA  http://marc.ucla.edu/body.cfm?id=22

Go to bed earlier tonight: experiment and figure out how much sleep you need to feel your best.
