Finally, a place to share thoughts, ideas, links, exercises, classes, lifestyle, motivations, articles, answer questions etc. I may have nothing left to say at the start of each Spin class....or all day long. This could be a good thing for my family!
I just want to "Blog" first how much I appreciate each and every one of you. I finally figured out in the past 3 years what I wanted to be when I grew up. Thank you to eveyone who has supported me. I, like the rest of you, doubt and question myself at times. We truly keep each other going! It is truly an honor to be a part of your life.
As a mental health therapist (in my "pre-mommy") years, I helped others make positive changes in their personal and families lives. Now, I want to integrate that with body and fitness changes to help clients become their healthiest self inside and out. Lifestyle and fitness changes to do not last if we do not look at oursleves and what has been causing us to not achieve our goals so far. Changing those thoughts about ourselves and our abilities is what will make our new healthy behaviors last.
In the year ahead, I plan on growing my business as I become a weight management and health coach. As I study for my certification, I will share what I learn here. This will make personal training more "personal" for my clients who are looking for that extra something they need to achieve their goals.
