It's Tuesday! I know I'm a little late but I wanted to show you all the heart healthy breakfast I had this morning. I was in the mood for something quick and tasty so I decided to go for some oatmeal today. Although it is tempting to go for the instant oatmeal, a bowl of classic oatmeal has a huge dose of vitamins and protein without all the sugar. And really, it doesn't take long to make at all. Not wanting to eat the oatmeal plain, I added some honey ( which I recently read if you mix with milk, it can make an awesome facial mask-must try in the near future) as well as some dried bananas, cranberries, almonds. It kept me full until lunch!
