I must say you have to have a sense of humor when you get up first thing in the morning - I know, without coffee, yikes! As the weather changes our bodies have to adjust too. Do you drink water first thing in the morning? I've programmed myself to do so just before I have my cup of coffee. You don't want to feel like a heavy log all day, so those little things will make a difference: water, a sense of humor inspite of how achy you feel when you got up, eat breakfast within 2 hours of waking up and you'll start to see the possibilities of a great day. Eventually, it will lead to doing the impossible...coming back to workout in my classes. See you later.
