Keep it simple; do not stress over every tidbit that goes into your mouth. What happens when we worry and stress? Cortisol rises for self preservation. Acutely, that is a good thing; chronically, a raised coritsol level will cause weight gain.

Get your hormones under control with the healthy choices most of the time. Did you read that correctly? Make healthy choices most of the time as opposed to all of the time. Now you need to be honest with yourself to be sure you are following a healthy lifestyle.

In my experience, the people who eat healthy food while enjoying a treat now and then are much happier with themselves than those who deprive themselves of life's little joys.
