Tomato 1/4 cup
Cucumbers 1/4 cup
Cooked Peas and Yellow Squash 1/4 cup
Takes about 10 min to prepare
Get back to basic's, plenty of fresh water, greens, grilled meats, fish, vegetables, fresh air, and exercise. It really is just that..
Oh and some fruits!!
It's easy to indulge in all the holiday treats and drinks, remember to stay hydrated with just plain
water often throughout the day. Say cheers with a tall 12 oz glass of cold clear water. Enjoy!!

Lg Bowl of Steel Cut Oats!!
Top with your favorite sweetner...
or fresh rassberries, blue berries Enjoy!
4 clove's garlic
Red and Yellow Pepper 1/2 each
Mushrooms 10 lg sliced
Extra virgin olive oil (1 teaspoon)
3 Tbl spoon water
Place all ingreadients in heavy foil and seal
Bake in a hot oven 400 degrees 1 hour
Let sit 1/2 hour
Serve with whole grain bagget and greens.
Oven roasting your vegetables, potatoes, fish, meats, breads..
A little salt and pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil goes a long way in bringing the flavor..
