Have been in the Pilates and fitness industry for over eighteen years and currently own the area's first Pilates & personal training studio - Suncoast Pilates (opened in 1997). I hold numerous Pilates and fitness certifications with my specialty in Pilates. I am a PMA®-CPT, Lolita San Miguel Pilates Master™ , a Second Generation Pilates Teacher and Balanced Body Faculty member. I teach a full slate of clients as well as conduct monthly Pilates instructor trainings as well continuing education workshops.
