I'm super-excited to share this week's VideoBlog. You might be surprised to learn that it doesn't take a lot of exercising to gain benefits for your mental health. I think many people turn away from exercise because they have an outdated view. They think it has to be like bootcamp to do any good at all.You know the mantra, "go hard or go home" (which can be a lot of fun, but it just isn't for everyone).
The truth is that exercise (movement) can have powerful effects even in small doses and at mild or moderate intensities.
