Don't kill yourself trying to live longer!

By Richard David
Remember that you don't have to kill yourself to look and feel better. A ten minute warmup on a cardio machine or walking, ten to twenty minutes of stretches performed properly and ten to twenty minutes of a full body weight routine is a great workout. The variables can be adjusted to your level. Assess your progress atleast every four to six weeks and focus on improving your weaknesses. You'll be amazed how small improvements can add up. We've had losses of a hundred pounds of body fat in a year! Remember to focus on the form and perfect the exercises. Performing them properly increases their effect and helps you avoid injury, two things that will help you avoid plateaus and setbacks. Slow steady progress over time is better than losing weight quickly. When you lose weight too quickly you usually lose muscle which slows your metabolism. Adding muscle increases your metabolism to turn your body in to a fat burner instead of a fat storer! Please contact me with your questions or comments!
