Once you have done the test and picked your happy place, you are ready to take on the curriculum of the full coaching sessions. You will learn how to reclaim your life, you will discover yourself, you will learn how to deal with your relationships, how to increase your overall wellness, how to understand your own emotions and thoughts and you will be coached in lifestyle architecture.

There’s more to it as well. Because you will receive holistic wellness coaching, every single part of your mind, body and soul will be touched and improved. To achieve this, you will also receive a fitness program and daily affirmations that you can follow. Additionally, you will learn the tools of self-hypnosis, which will help you overcome any fears and obstacles that may still stand in your way. Finally, you will also take part in a weekly telesession, where you will have direct contact with a trained coach and advisor.
