Pick a weekday evening or a Saturday morning and work out with your children. Make it fun, walk from your house to the end of street in a straight line, take turns taking the lead. Create a family song and march to it.
I love fitness! I enjoy training and talking to clients about their fitness status. I teach about being positive in every aspect of your life. Teach clients to believe in who they are and to become aware of their health. I incorporate military style training with yoga/pilates.
