Real short issue I have to get off my chest. First off I think I work pretty hard in the gym. Sometimes I feel like I could be doing more, which is 100% instead of like 80%. Somehow I think it is my surrounding. I believe if you are feel you are working the hardest in the gym then you are at the wrong gym. By now means am I saying this with a big headed attitude. Seriously people are walking on the treadmill or ellipicticals. Using the machine with the lowest weight possible. The guys that should be working out are standing around talking. Oh and everybody has a nagging injury. "Bro I got this elbow pain" or "girl I this back pain". My solution is to not complain and attack social media to get people to as they say "Do work"
This blog is about doing what works for you. All my life I was probably the worst and handshakes, or other forms of hand slap. To me they were always changing, it seemed like I would learn one somewhat and then an added change would. Not to mention that awkard momemt when some tries to shake you hand and you slap five. The great saying you can tell a lot about a man by his handshakes. Sometime those lead to big squeeze matches that I lost majority. Finally the fist bump came out and it rescued me from all the awkward moments. I even take the intiative with the fist bump for obvious reason. I think it can be used in most setting other than a interview or a nice to meet.
Now to the point, I feel like trying to keep up with all the fitness will leave you feeling awkward. Just watch fitness fails on youtubes. Do not be those people, just following a new trend. Find what you enjoy, and is best fit for you, and stick with it. I will be giving fist bumps for the next twenties years.
