‎3 METABOLISM KILLING FOODS

 If you are in the process of losing weight or you wan to trim a few extra pounds aviod these 3 foods.

1. Canola Oil- Processing and refining of Canola oil leads to the creation of TRANS FATS which can do all Kinds of nasty things to your waist line and health. Use Olive oil instead.

2. Whole grains- I love bread has much as the next person but whole grains are only slightly better then refined grains.Most whole grains are refined into flour and are not kept 'whole'. These convert to starch more easily which then converts to sugar which sends your insulin levels up and your fat burning ability DOWN.

3. Corn- While real authentic corn has some minerals and vitamins, most of what we eat has been procossed and refined and has little or no nutritional value. Corn has a very high glycemic level which can lead i to a increase in blood sugar and insulin and a big goodbye to fat burning.
