 1.You Procrastinate- You keep putting things off. Keep waiting for the perfect time to start your new training. You keep talking about  it but never put those words into action. The time for action is now!
2. You're not working smart- Know what the definition of insanity is? Doing the same thing but expecting different results. I see this in the gym everyday.... Like groundhog day. If it is not working, change it. If you dont know where to start ask the trainer at your gym. If he/she is like me, he/she will be happy to help.
3. FEAR- You avoid change beacuse your new program/gym/ trainer/workout buddy etc intimidates you. Then you delay this process has much as possible. But fear isn't going away by waiting it out. Buck up and face your fears. I believe in you
