 1. Pick an exercise and do as many reps has you can do in a minute. You will use all your muscle fibers in that body part and breakthrough and spark new growth.
2. Never wait for a piece of equipment- Don't be that person who kicks somebody a piece of equipement cause there in the way of your burn. Do a bodyweight exercise like pushups, jump squats or a plank....It will reduce boredom and is just plain polite.
 
3  Improve your grip strength- Strengtening your grip with improve all the exercises grip is important. Try a plate pinch. Get 2 small weight plates and hold them together with your fingers for 30 sec. Move to the other hand and repeat. Too easy? Go heavier.
