 Men's Health came up with a list( yeah that is their thing because men have a short attention span) with foods that make you happy, healthy and help you live longer. Thought I would share. Introduce these to your pantry ASAP.

1. ALMONDS- An ounce of these provide nearly 9 grams of heart-healthy oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat that has a multitude of health benefits inc...luding improved memory. With 25% of their calories coming from fiber and protein , they are healthy snack that will keep the wolves at bay.

2. EGGS- Packing 6 grams of 'perfect' protein at only 72 calories, the egg is a powerhouse. Researchers in Michigan found those who ate at least four eggs a week had significantly lower cholesterol levels than those who ate fewer than one. That yolk is all that it is cracked up to be.

3. GREEN TEA- What makes green tea so special? Green tea like most teas have catechins, the group of antioxidants concentrated in the leaves of tea plants. Catechins will help with your weight loss and weight management cause of it's ability to boost your metabolism.
