I have mentioned on more than one occasion( I tend to be a broken record....... sorry) that the core is SO MUCH more that just the six pack muscles.
Although a six pack/slim mid section looks great, how the core performs functions in our everyday life is much more important. Because if it is not bad things can happen.
In my experience those who can... hold the Front Plank demonstrated here
for over a 60 seconds are more likely to be stronger, more physically capable and less injury prone than those who cannot.
My CHALLENGE to you RIGHT NOW is too hold the front plank for over 60 seconds. Please like this post and leave your time in the comments.
