MY TOP 3 NUTRITION MYTHS

SugarNutrition
By Shane Mclean
.

1. EATING JUNK FOOD HELPS YOUR STRESS- Your stressed out sitting on your sofa with a big tub of chocolate fudge ice cream. That momment maybe comforting but ccording to a British Journal of Psychiatry found that people who ate highly processed food were 58% more likely to be depressed than those who eat the least. Try a healthlier snack like beef jerky.

2. MEAT IS BAD ...FOR YOU. Dont believe the haters! A Danish study found people who consumed 25% of there calories from meat lost twice has much weight than those who consumed just 12%. Pork and Beef are your best bets.

3. ENEGRY DRINKS ARE LESS HARMFUL THAN SODA- Not a big fan of enegry drinks. They do have a bunch of stuff to boost your energy( the crash happens later) but what your body is going to remember is ...... sugar. A 16oz can has 280 pure sugar calories. YUK! Also a University of Maryland study found that enegry drinks are 11% more corrisive to your teeth than regular soda. Try Green tea instead.
