OUT WITH THE OLD.....IN WITH THE NEW.......
There’s a constant focus on what is new, flashy and trendy. For example. P90X, Insanity, Zumba, Shake weight. Just kidding on the shake weight. Still wanted to see if you were still reading.
And, to a certain extent, that’s fine. But in pursuing the new, the cutting-edge and the fresh, we can sometimes overlook the basics.
Squats. Pushups. Lunges. Planks. Lat pulldowns. I could go on and on. These stand the test of time for a reason. They get results. They are not a flash in the pan. Keep that in mind.
