1. Whole eggs 2. Wild salmon. 3. Cottage cheese. 4. Beef. 5. Greek yogurt. 6. Sardines. 7. Whey protein. 8. Poultry (chicken, turkey, etc). 9. Nuts. 10. Quinoa.
