QUICK TIP 3- Solutions For Bad Posture
1. After sitting for 20 min is when postural changes(like rounded shoulders while at a computer) become harmful both aesthetically and functionally. Please get up for your chair, walk around, stretch your hands towards the ceiling. Or touch your toes. Just move!
2. From a training point of view you should do twice pulling exercises( rows, lat pulldowns and seated rows) than pushing exercises ( shoulder presses, bench presses and pushups). Rather than add an extra pulling exercise do twice as many reps. For example 12 reps dumbbell rows pair with 6 bench press.
