Shane is a very rare individual in this busy world. He likes what he does and works very hard at it. He does a complete and through evaluation and puts together a comprehensive set of exercises that are designed to help you. He cares about your results and wants to see you improve. He is always looking for new routines to keep you motivated. He has a great sense of humor and is a lot of fun to work with. I had great success with him as my trainer and you can't go wrong with hooking up with him as your Personal Physical Trainer.
I have been working with Shane for a year and have found him to be the perfect balance between whiping me into shape and understanding limits. He is always changing up the activities to keep you motivated and can work with all shapes and sizes.

have worked out with Shane many, many times--very early in the morning. He is fun to work with, especially when I only half awake, and he does a good job of challenging me. His workouts are not just about building muscle (which it ultimately does), but they are good for imporving balance and flexibility. I highly recommend Shane as a trainer.
Shane is an EXCELLENT personal trainer. I've been part of a small personal training group with Shane for the last couple of years, and Shane always comes up with new exercises to keep things fresh. He'll even focus his exercises on each of us individually. Last year I started having a lot of pain in my rotator cuff (because of something I did outside of class) and seriously thought about going to a doc to see about getting a steroid injection. But Shane started working out our shoulders to strengthen the area around my rotator cuff - and AMAZINGLY my pain went away. He really knows the anatomy/physiology aspect of his profession! Shane is a great guy, very nice, with a great sense of humor. We have a lot of fun in our early-morning training sessions and it's always a great way to start the day!
