TOP 3 THINGS I HAVE LEARNT ABOUT FITNESS
1. Core stability and hip mobility drive almost all that we do has human beings. Google both and see how many hits come out on both. Eye opening.
2. Our pulling muscles are more imporant than our pushing muscles. How many people have you seen bench pressing heavy weight but they cannot do a chin up/pullup? Can you say injury waiting to happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3. Fitness is a journey not a destination. We cannot get there and stop. You have to keep going. Keep moving.
