Here is an ab exercise that will help you whittle your middle!!
Lay flat on your back with legs extended and arms overheard. Pull abs in, lift arms toward ceiling, make sure to tuck your chin in & roll head shoulders & torso up & over legs as far as possible. Keep your legs & heels on floor, reach your hands toward your feet. Pause, then slowly roll back down to starting position. Do 8-12 reps, repeat.
