Try taking some brisk walks, or even a jog if you are comfortable with the intensity. The important thing is to MOVE. Invest in some dumbbells, and look up some exercises on the internet. Buddy up with a friend, it helps make you accountable, plus it's fun! Or, try ivesting in some personal training sessions to make sure your form is correct, and to get the most from your workout time.
