Trying something new is a way to eat a more balanced diet, and perhaps find a new favorite. Since I have moved to Texas, I have been able to buy jicama, and I like to cut it up and put it in my salad for some extra crunch.
Trying new foods adds variety to your diet. Instead of focusingon removing foods, why not think of ADDING more nutritious foods to your diet.
Also, try adding some lemon or lime to your water for some extra flavor?
