Bags and bags of sugar and fat oh my. If you have been off sugar for awhile your body will go in shock "not literallly" but you will not feel to good. But if you are still struggling with the cavings of having these empty colories with no nutritional value. Please ask friends and family to not entice you with this sugar and fat. You can do it, enjoy some sweet and crispy apples or any of your favorite fruit.
This is why we live here. We can drive 20 minutes away and be in the mountains, Hopefully we have stayed with are cardio progam over the past Spring. If not so much start out slow and take easier hikes with less incline. That is OK we have all kinds of trails with endless beauty, with every step. Just get out and enjoy nature at it's best. Be prepared with good hiking shoes and plenty of H20, Oh and don't forget sunscreen, even if it is cloudy that can change real fast. So get out in the fresh air and breath in the smells nature. One last thing, don't forget to stretch, legs and calves.
Remember the old saying, if I can't finish it today there is always tommorow. Noooooo, today is the day. Anytime is good....... We beat ourselves up for no reason, Stop the madness. Look in your mirror and make a promise to yourself. You can and will make a change today for yourself and only for yourself!!!!! Small changes every day will add up to a big reward toward a healthier you.
Everyone have different lives. Do you have support from other people or do you not want people to know that you are trying to lead a heathier lifestyle? It is ok if you fall off track, people are there to help you get back on, if you let them. BE OPEN and ready to attack your fears, get out of the mud.
