I don’t have time!
Many women say that they don’t have time to exercise; they believe that they don’t have enough hours in the day to do everything that they need to do and that it’s true, because they believe it.
One of my best friends told me; “ YOU can call it how you want it, tell yourself what you want to hear and I’m sorry if you feel bad about it ,it’s going to get uncomfortable so please sit down”
And she gave me the bad news….
In my 18 years of experiences in the Fitness Industry, I haven’t seen it all…
“But I have heard women’s tell me all sorts of reasons and excuses!”
Tell me? Did you just think of any of the following reasons and excuses to not exercise?
1. “I just don’t have the time”

We need to be aware of the problem or challenge, to take an accurate assessment of where we are right now, and know where the issues lie, in order to change the outcome and achieve the 4kg of weight lose in only 4 weeks.
See this as the GPS in a car in order to you know which road will be the best to get for you to get at your destination , we need to let the GPS not just were we will like to go we need to let the GPS to see were we are right now.
What we use commonly as a human GPS it’s our Emotions: our emotions it’s our guided system, it tell us if we are close to what we want or if we are getting impatience or if we lost interest for our destination and we are turning around looking for a different or a quicker way to get there or even if we got lose and we don’t know how to get back to where we start it.

It’s a simple questions many people will say of course Health & fitness… but thing for a moment wish other are of your life it’s maybe affecting your health and fitness… you can do the same questions for as many areas as you like and them focus in health and fitness as you concentration.
Health & Fitness, Relationships, Job, Motivation, Career or Finances?
Just take 5 minutes to describe this area of your life as it is for you right now, not how you wish it would be.
Be honest and truthful with yourself. The truth will set you free.
It “emotions” comes up, welcome it, make a note of it, and keep going.
Tell it like it is: One needs to “know where we are” use the exact words and phrases that pop into your mind and keep going until the last questions, remember it will take you a maximum of 5 minutes, the results will be worth it !
At this stage you could write the questions in any form that you like, a sort phrase a couple of words or a long answered…. Wherever it makes you feel that you are getting the maximum of this exercise will be right for you.
