Fitness To A Tee
I make most of my meals at home on the weekends to prepare me for the week. I lead a pretty busy life, so the weekend is the only time I can shop and cook meals for the week. The beauty of home cooked meals is that they're good, they're cheaper than going out to eat, and you know what the ingredients are because you bought them! You can also portion control your meals. So on Sunday night, I have about 10 plastic containers with my lunches and dinners in them for the week. I make my breakfast (a protein smoothie) in the mornings before I go to work. The beauty is that I'm rarely tempted to eat things I'm not supposed to eat because I have planned meals. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail!
