I love being outside hiking, mountain biking, cycling, walking my dogs, even yard work! I use my fitness routine at the gym to stay fit enough to enjoy these activities. To me, staying fit is all about being healthy and strong enough to enjoy all that life has to offer. I strive to help my clients maximize their potential. I have many years of experience with seniors in particular. Although they might not want to go snow boarding, they enjoy life much more if they can do their day to day activities with out loosing their balance and falling, or not having the endurance to finish what they set out to do.
