Being born & raised in San Diego I've been able to enjoy year around hiking & cycling. My husband & I participate in many long distance organized cycling events throughout the year. I also enjoy strength training & passing my knowledge of this discipline to my clients so that they may also reap the many benefits of staying strong. I currently focus the majority of my attention to the senior population. Balance, fall prevention, flexibility & strength training helps improve the quality of this rapidly growing segment of society. I am also a massage therapist, working at the San Diego Tennis & Racquet Ball Club & at the Chula Vista Olympic Training Center.
