Don't know about you but i'm not getting any younger. As we age, we lose the ability to do things quickly. Did you know we lose power twice has fast as we lose strength?
My challenge to you is too think quick.
Choose one exercise. Any exercise. Do has many reps has you can do in 30 seconds. Rest 90 seconds. Increase the weight by 10%. Try to beat the reps from the first set.
